Marketplace integrations

BrandName may allow you to connect accounts from third-party marketplaces or commerce platforms.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize BrandName to access and process the information and perform the actions permitted by the permissions you approve and the functionality you request.

You remain responsible for your marketplace account, listings, products and compliance with the third-party platform's policies and terms.

BrandName is an independent service. A marketplace integration does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by that marketplace unless expressly stated otherwise.

Analytics and recommendations

BrandName may provide scores, comparisons, market context, suggested actions, pricing observations, listing recommendations or other analytical outputs.

These outputs are informational tools intended to assist your decision-making. They are not guarantees that a particular listing, shop, advertising campaign or business will achieve a specific level of traffic, ranking, revenue, conversion or profit.

Marketplace conditions, customer behavior, competition, pricing and platform algorithms may change independently of BrandName.

You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before applying them to your business.

AI and generated content

Certain features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision or other automated systems.

Generated content and automated recommendations may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate assumptions.

You should review generated titles, descriptions, tags, attributes, images, recommendations and other outputs before publishing or relying on them.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish is accurate, lawful and consistent with the rules of any marketplace where you choose to use it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs, text, product information and other content you submit to BrandName, subject to any rights owned by third parties.

By submitting content, you grant BrandName a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the services you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the content and allow BrandName to process it for those purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse BrandName or use the service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, interferes with the service or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.

You may not use BrandName to distribute malware, automate abusive activity, circumvent access controls, overload infrastructure, obtain data you are not authorized to access, impersonate others or facilitate unlawful conduct.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract protected source code, models, internal systems or proprietary technology except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Plans, subscriptions and payments

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel through the account or billing controls made available by BrandName.
